In Paz y Desarrollo we want both men and women to be part of the human team of the organization because we know that the contribution to a specific job application do not depend on the gender but on the formation, the capacities and the motivation of people.

We emphasize our continuous and daily fight for gender equity inside and outside of our organization by always giving a gender approach in all of the tasks that we do. This is due to the fact that we believe that it is one of the essential matters for which we work day to day in order to achieve the human development that we aim for.
