Our Strategic Plan

Our stake for gender equality is the title that we have given to our Strategic Plan 2010-2014, and which we have elaborated in Paz y Desarrollo along with the collaboration of the social cooperative Transformando.

During the 20 working years in Development Cooperation, Paz y Desarrollo has experienced an evolution in its ways to work. Due to this reason, we believe that it is convenient to do a general review which defines us in a modern context and that specifies our future priorities for a better development as an organization.

With this strategic plan we present the different areas with which we will be working over the next five years, in order to achieve the objectives we have aimed at through our mission: Contribute to promote, among the South villages and in our own society, gender equality, social justice, equitable redistribution of resources, exercise of the main human rights, and improvement of life quality among men and women who, up until today, live in poverty and exclusion situations.
