We believe that in order to achieve the complete development of society, we need to compromise with those that take part in it. Due to this, we are looking for proactive people who want to share with us this responsibility of achieving a fairer and more egalitarian world.

MEMBERSHIP

How do I know that my donations reach these projects?
We are very precise on the use and application of the funds that we receive so that we can control their distribution from their origin to their final destination. Each year our accounts are audited by well-known professionals of the sector, and we elaborate an economic report of the year before, in which we show in detail our movements and accounts. We guarantee transparency. We teamed up with the Coordinadora Española de Organizaciones No Gubernamentales para el Desarrollo (CONGDE), and we have a series of control and auto control mechanisms to guarantee rigor and transparency in our accounts. We also follow all of principles defined under the “Guía de transparencia y buenas practices” edited by the Fundación Lealtad.
VOLUNTEER
Solidarity is a patrimony of all men and women, and due to this, our organization encourages people to volunteer with Paz y Desarrollo. By this, our NGDO will have the chance, through our mission and values, to be well known thanks to the compromise, time and effort of those who want to help to raise awareness, educate, contribute with values and fight over poverty.

About the volunteer offers
Our team is made up of compromised men and women who strongly believe in the socioeconomic and human development of the communities in which we work, as well as in gender equity as a way to end with poverty. In the last years, an increasing number of volunteers have participated in the actions of Paz y Desarrollo in different countries as well as in their offices. Do you want to participate in a solidarity travel to the Ecuadorian Amazonia?
Paz y Desarrollo collaborated with the indigenous network GUATERACOSUMO, which organizes “Solidarity holidays to the Ecuadorian Amazonia”.
Thanks to the financing of the Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional and to the participation of the Ecuadorian population of the Provinces of Loreto, Aguarico and Pichincha (Latolas Community), as well as to the consolidation of the Local Government of Loreto, it has been possible to start this Plan on Touristic Management.

HOW CAN YOU COLLABORATE?
1. Become a member of Paz y Desarrollo by monthly, bi-monthly or tri-monthly contributions. You can help us to eradicate the social injustice situations.
2. Finance an International Cooperation Project
Each year, we develop different projects and programs on productive development of agriculture and business in 16 countries across Asia, Africa and Latin America. By this, we allow the people to benefit themselves, by being the main characters of their own development, as well as enabling democracy and government processes to take place in the communities in which they live.
3. Haz una aportación puntual. For any of our actions, your donation is important to guarantee the life sustainable means for the communities in Asia, Africa and Latin America with which we work.
4. Sponsor a raising awareness event You, as a company can sponsor any of the activities which we do in Spain. Each year, we develop different raising awareness campaigns, photo expositions, documentaries as well as didactic guides through which we try to increase the knowledge on the realities of those countries in the South with which we work. We believe that if we unite our efforts, we can achieve a change in society, which will guarantee social justice, equality among men and women and the respect of human, economic and social rights.

5. Emergencies fundraising. You can help us to care for those affected populations in a more effective way. Throughout our 20 years of experience, we have developed different operations to deal with the needs related to the feeding, healthcare, equipment, use and management of the houses for an important amount of the population.
